Refund Policy

All payments made to Knockout K-O Boxing Gym are final unless otherwise stated in writing. By purchasing memberships, classes, sessions, or other services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. This includes full payments, partial payments, renewal payments, and any registration or sign-up fees unless otherwise approved by management.

3. Training Sessions & Classes

Payments made for personal training, boxing sessions, group classes, or scheduled programs are non-refundable once booked or used. Missed sessions are not automatically eligible for a refund.

4. Missed Appointments

If you miss a scheduled class, private session, or appointment without proper notice, the payment may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations by the Gym

If Knockout K-O Boxing Gym cancels a class, session, or service and is unable to reschedule it, a replacement session, credit, or refund may be offered at the discretion of the gym.

6. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests based on medical or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund, credit, pause, or adjustment remains solely at the discretion of Knockout K-O Boxing Gym.

7. Promotional Offers

Any discounted offers, promotional packages, limited-time deals, or special pricing arrangements are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

8. Transfer of Services

Memberships, training packages, and paid services are non-transferable unless expressly approved by Knockout K-O Boxing Gym.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Knockout K-O Boxing Gym first to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

10. Policy Updates

Knockout K-O Boxing Gym reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.

By purchasing or using any service provided by Knockout K-O Boxing Gym, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
